DRAFT -- pending review by legal counsel. Not a final legal document. TERMS OF USE 1. THE PLATFORM'S ROLE Naatu Sandhai is a marketplace connecting local Tamil Nadu sellers with buyers. We act as an intermediary between buyer and seller; individual sellers are responsible for their own products, prices, and policies. The contract of sale for any product is directly between you and the Seller. 2. ACCOUNTS You must create an account to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account access (OTP) secure. 3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT Currently only Cash on Delivery (COD) is available; online payment is coming soon. Prices include the listed tax (GST) and any applicable shipping charge. An order isn't final until stock and availability are confirmed by the seller. 4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS See our Return Policy and Refund Policy pages -- these are part of these Terms. 5. ACCEPTABLE USE Use of the platform is subject to our Acceptable Use and Prohibited-Items Policy. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY As a marketplace operator, Naatu Sandhai does not guarantee the quality, description, or legality of products sold by individual sellers. Sellers are responsible for their own products. 7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute should first be raised with the seller or with Naatu Sandhai's grievance contact and given a reasonable opportunity to be resolved directly. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu, India. 8. GRIEVANCE OFFICER Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, grievance requests can be directed to [email protected]. 9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page; continued use after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
