DRAFT -- pending review by legal counsel. Not a final legal document. ACCEPTABLE USE AND PROHIBITED-ITEMS POLICY 1. ACCEPTABLE USE When using Naatu Sandhai, you must not: engage in fraud or misrepresentation of any kind; post fake, incentivized, or manipulated reviews; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform; harass, threaten, or abuse other users, sellers, or platform staff; attempt to circumvent platform fees by directing buyers to transact outside the platform after discovery through it; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system. 2. PROHIBITED ITEMS The following may not be listed or sold on Naatu Sandhai: - Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or hazardous chemicals. - Counterfeit, pirated, or otherwise infringing goods. - Prescription drugs or medicines without a valid license to sell them. - Endangered or protected species, or products made from them. - Food products that do not comply with FSSAI standards or that have been adulterated or misbranded. - Products that do not comply with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules (e.g. missing mandatory declarations). - Tobacco or alcohol products, where sale is restricted or prohibited by applicable law. - Stolen goods, or goods sold without the right to do so. 3. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION Violation of this policy may result in listing removal, account suspension, or termination, at Naatu Sandhai's discretion, per the platform's seller moderation process. Serious or repeated violations, particularly involving prohibited items, may be reported to the relevant authorities. 4. REPORTING A VIOLATION If you believe a listing or seller violates this policy, please contact [email protected]. 5. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this policy from time to time to reflect new categories of prohibited items or platform rules.
