Return Policy

Every seller on Naatu Sandhai must accept returns within at least 7 days of delivery -- this is a platform-wide floor that no individual seller can reduce.

What's eligible for return

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with original packaging.
  • The item received differs from what was ordered (wrong, damaged, or defective item).
  • Perishable food items and made-to-order/customized products are generally not returnable, unless the seller states otherwise.

How to start a return

  1. Find the seller's contact details on your order (see the "Grievance / customer care contact" section on the seller's storefront page).
  2. Contact the seller with your delivery date, order number, and the reason for the return.
  3. If the seller does not respond, contact platform support.[email protected]
