Return Policy
Every seller on Naatu Sandhai must accept returns within at least 7 days of delivery -- this is a platform-wide floor that no individual seller can reduce.
What's eligible for return
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with original packaging.
- The item received differs from what was ordered (wrong, damaged, or defective item).
- Perishable food items and made-to-order/customized products are generally not returnable, unless the seller states otherwise.
How to start a return
- Find the seller's contact details on your order (see the "Grievance / customer care contact" section on the seller's storefront page).
- Contact the seller with your delivery date, order number, and the reason for the return.
