Refund Policy
For an accepted return, refunds are typically processed within 7 days under the platform's default policy. Individual sellers may set their own timeline -- check the seller's storefront page.
How refunds are issued
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders -- the only payment method available today -- the seller refunds directly to your bank account; the seller will contact you for the details needed.
- If the order is cancelled before delivery, no payment was collected yet (COD), so there is nothing to refund.
- The item price, tax, and any applicable shipping charge are included in the refund, per the seller's own policy.
