2. Platform Role and Marketplace Model

• We act as an intermediary connecting buyers with independent sellers
• Each seller is an independent business responsible for their own products
• Sellers are solely responsible for product quality, delivery, returns, and refunds
• We collect a commission from sellers for facilitating sales
• All GST invoices are issued by the respective sellers, not by Naatu Sandhai

3. User Accounts and Registration

To place orders on our platform, you may need to provide certain personal information including your name, email, phone number, and shipping address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your contact information up to date
• Be responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Placement

• All orders are subject to acceptance by the respective seller
• Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason

4.2 Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD) - Available for eligible orders
• Online Payment - Through PhonePe payment gateway (UPI, Cards, Net Banking)

4.3 Pricing and GST

• GST invoice is issued by the seller with their GSTIN (if registered)
• Shipping charges are additional and displayed at checkout

5. Seller Responsibilities

Each seller on Naatu Sandhai is independently responsible for:

• Product quality, authenticity, and accuracy of descriptions
• Packaging and shipping products to buyers
• Processing returns and issuing refunds as per their policy
• GST compliance and issuing proper tax invoices
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Maintaining adequate stock and updating availability

6. Buyer Rights and Responsibilities

6.1 Your Rights

• Receive products as described in the listing
• Receive a valid GST invoice from the seller
• Request returns/refunds as per seller's policy
• Contact seller directly for order-related issues

6.2 Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
• Be available to receive delivery or arrange collection
• Inspect products upon delivery and report issues promptly
• Make payment as agreed (COD or online)

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Naatu Sandhai platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Naatu Sandhai or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
